La Fiorita

La Fiorita was established in 1992, starting from a project that Roberto Cipresso, winemaker, a rising star at the time, began with a few well known partners. The cellar is in the basement of an old building from the 18th century in the heart of the medieval town of Castelnuovo Abate. At the winery, a small grove of ancient olive trees produces the finest olive oil in the area.
